Shipping Times
• Orders ship on Mondays and Fridays for both U.S. and international destinations.
• U.S. Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days.
• International Shipping: 1–4 weeks depending on location (may exceed a month).
• Shipping times may take longer during holidays.
International Orders
• Once shipped, I am not responsible for packages delayed in customs.
• The customer is responsible for all import taxes and fees.
Shipping Issues
• I am not responsible for lost orders due to an insufficient or incorrect address, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
• If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for the cost of re-shipping.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds will only be issued if the wrong item is sent. You must email a picture of the incorrect item within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• I am not responsible for damages caused by the postal service or mistakes made by the customer.
• Refunds will not be issued for packages lost in the mail, so please double-check your address at checkout.
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the wrong item is sent. Please email a picture of the incorrect item within 48 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a return.
